Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or participating in programs offered by It's Our Little Story Org, nfp ("we," "us," "our," or the "Organization"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or participate in our programs.

Donations

We gratefully accept donations through PayPal (paypal.me/give2kids).

• Tax deductibility: It's Our Little Story Org, nfp is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor.

• Recurring donations: If you set up a recurring donation, you may cancel or modify it at any time.

• Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at

• Use of funds: Donations support our programs and operations, including Life Skills and Financial Literacy programming, our annual family picnic, and holiday party. We reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed unless a donation is designated for a specific restricted purpose and accepted as such.

 

Photo, Video, and Story Consent

From time to time, we may photograph, film, or record stories from our programs and events (including the family picnic and holiday party) for use on our website, social media, newsletters, and fundraising materials.

• Minors: We will not use a photo, video, or story involving a child without the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, obtained through a signed consent form.

• Scope of use: Consent covers use on our website, social media platforms, printed materials, email communications, and fundraising appeals, unless otherwise specified in the signed consent form.

• Withdrawing consent: A parent or guardian may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at 

        847-306 -9330 or information@itsourlittlestory.org. We will remove the material from our website and active materials going                    forward; we cannot recall materials already distributed or published elsewhere prior to withdrawal.

• No compensation: No compensation is provided for the use of photos, videos, or stories.

 

SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from It's Our Little Story Org, nfp, you agree to receive operational updates, session reminders, and Zoom links from your instructor.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• Message frequency varies.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to opt out. After you send "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

• If you need assistance, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more information, or contact us directly through https://www.itsourlittlestory.org.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Event Participation

Participation in our events, including the family picnic and holiday party, is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge and assume any risks associated with participation and agree that It's Our Little Story Org, nfp is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance, except as required by law.
